Haw. Code R. § 16-601-7 - Custody of records
The chief clerk shall have custody of the commission's official records and shall be responsible for the maintenance and custody of the docket files, including transcripts and exhibits, minutes of all commission meetings and decisions, orders, opinions, rules and approved forms.
