Haw. Code R. § 16-601-70 - Hearing on complaints
When a respondent has filed its answer, the commission shall set a hearing on the complaint. The chief clerk shall mail the notice of hearing by first class mail to the complainant and the respondent at least ten days before the hearing, setting forth the date, time, and place of hearing.
