Haw. Code R. § 16-601-93 - Motor carrier tariff changes

(a) Unless otherwise authorized by the commission, any proposed change or addition to motor carrier tariff provisions from those filed with the commission shall be filed with the commission and published thirty days before the effective date.

(b) The form and contents of the tariff filing to change or supplement any rate, fare, charge, rule, or condition, from those filed with the commission shall be as specified in Chapter 16-603.

(c) Two copies of the tariff change filing shall be served on the consumer advocate, except where the filing is for a general rate increase, in which case six copies of the filing shall be served on the consumer advocate. The applicant shall file a certificate of service with the original filing. Additional copies may be obtained by the consumer advocate upon request.
