Haw. Code R. § 16-605-16 - Joint routes and rates

Water carriers:

(1) May establish joint routes and through rates with one another and with motor carriers engaged in common carriage; and

(2) Shall establish reasonable rules governing these rates.

Interline revenues are to be divided by agreement between the participating carriers. All joint routes and through rates must comply with section 271G-25, HRS, and if a motor carrier is involved, with section 271-35, HRS.
