Haw. Code R. § 16-608-12 - Application of this subchapter nonexclusive

Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed as limiting or precluding the commission from using its civil or criminal enforcement authority, or both, against any person violating, allegedly violating, or suspected of violating any regulatory law.
