Haw. Code R. § 16-7-21 - Commissions

The commission payable to general agents by the servicing carrier on business written pursuant to the plan shall be at the following rates:

(1) Five per cent of written premium for the first $2,500;

(2) Three per cent of written premium for the next $2,500; and

(3) Two per cent of written premium over $5,000.
