Haw. Code R. § 16-74-118 - Injury
In cases where a boxer shall receive a cut eye or any other injury which the referee may believe shall incapacitate the boxer, the referee shall call into the ring the commission physician for examination of the boxer before the referee shall render his decision in the matter.
