Haw. Code R. § 16-74-160 - Scoring guide
Scoring shall be under the ten-point "must" system. The winner of a round shall be awarded ten points. The loser of a round shall be awarded nine or less points. Referees and judges may use the following guide:
(1) Even round
.......................... 10 - 10
(2) Bare shade or slight edge
................ 10 - 9
(3) Clear
win or one clear knockdown .......... 10 - 8
(4) One-sided plus one or more knockdowns
..... 10 - 7
(5) One-sided plus
knockdowns and opponent is helpless ............................. 10 -
