Haw. Code R. § 16-74-188 - Notification of changes
If a license is granted to the applicant, then such licensee shall immediately advise the commission if during the life of that license, any change is made in the personnel of a club, or if a club shall secure any partners or backers other than those mentioned in the original application. All such changes must be approved by the commission, and the commission may, if it so desires, immediately cancel or revoke the existing license if the changes do not meet with its approval. The commission will not approve the retention of a license by a licensee where the promotion, operation and conduct of such a club is in the hands of another or others.
