Haw. Code R. § 16-74-198 - Program change
No change in the announced or advertised program shall be made without the approval of the commission. Notices of such change or substitution must be also conspicuously posted at the box office, and announced from the ring before the opening contest, and if any of the patrons desire to have the price of their tickets refunded, such refund shall be made if the ticket or the ticket stubs are presented at the box office at once. The box office shall remain open a reasonable length of time to redeem such tickets.
