Haw. Code R. § 16-74-21 - Disqualification
Any boxer who presents himself for a match with one of the following conditions may be disqualified and may be subject to forfeiture of license:
(1) Wounds or unsightly
abrasions or contusions; or
(2)
Acute infections (as cold in the head, bronchitis, etc.), or infections of any
type; or
(3) Skin diseases;
or
(4) Venereal diseases;
or
(5) Signs of dissipation;
or
(6) Signs of overtraining;
or
(7) Any other conditions that in
the estimation of the examining physician would be detrimental to the boxer,
the arena, or the boxing game in general.
