Haw. Code R. § 16-74-214 - Surety bond
Every person, club, corporation, organization, or association making application for a boxing license shall furnish a surety bond to the commission in the sum of $5,000. This surety bond shall be conditioned for the faithful performance of the requirements of this chapter by the applicant.
