Haw. Code R. § 16-74-221 - Conflict of interest
No officer, employee or stockholder of any corporation, club or association holding a promoter's license, shall officiate in any capacity at any contest or exhibition, or interfere in any way with the contestants. No promoter or his agent may be financially interested in a fighter or act as his manager.
