Haw. Code R. § 16-74-224 - Appeal and hearing
Where a club or person under the jurisdiction of the commission is charged with a violation, in any manner whatsoever of these rules, the club or person may appeal to the commission for a hearing and shall be heard in person. Submission of an affidavit in writing may be considered by the commission in lieu of a personal appearance.
