Haw. Code R. § 16-74-225 - Boxers medical insurance
Applicants for a professional promoter's license shall submit proof of contracting for medical insurance coverage for all boxers on the applicant's shows. The coverage shall include a minimum of $20,000 medical coverage for injury per boxer per event with a deductible of not more then $1,000.
