Haw. Code R. § 16-74-229 - Definition
A matchmaker shall be considered an agent or employee of a promoter or club whose duty it is to arrange matches between licensed boxers for any boxing contest. A promoter may be his own matchmaker, in which case he need not hold a matchmaker's license.
