Haw. Code R. § 16-74-23 - Weigh-in examination
Any boxer who has been signed to a contract, approved by the commission to box for any club may be ordered by the commission to appear at any time to be weighed or to be examined by any physician whom the commission may designate. Boxers failing to appear at the official weigh-in without sufficient cause, may be fined, suspended or both.
