Haw. Code R. § 16-74-248 - No show
Where a boxer, who is under contract to appear at a club, appears at the weigh-in and is ready to fulfill his contract and his opponent or substitute does not appear, the club must pay the boxer his contract price or a sum agreed upon, unless otherwise provided.
