Haw. Code R. § 16-74-297 - Obstructions
The entire ring platform shall be cleared of all obstructions, including buckets, stools, etc., the instant the gong indicates the beginning of the round, and none of the articles shall be placed on the ring floor until the gong has sounded the end of the round.
