Haw. Code R. § 16-74-3 - Office of commission
The office of the commission shall be located in Honolulu. The office hours shall be in accordance with the established hours of the State government. All filings shall be at the office of the commission. All papers filed shall be the property of the commission. Meetings of the commission will be held at such times and places as the commission may designate.
