Haw. Code R. § 16-74-300 - Glove tampering
There shall be no tampering with gloves by a boxer or his handlers, after the gloves have been assigned by the inspector. Infringement of this rule may lead to suspension or fine, or both penalties for all parties found guilty by the commission.
