Haw. Code R. § 16-74-305 - Bandages
Only soft cotton bandages or linen bandages shall be used for the protection of the hands. One roll of two-inch cotton gauze bandage or linen bandage not to exceed ten yards in length shall be used for each hand. A reasonable amount of adhesive tape may be used on the hands and wrists back of the knuckles, applied either directly on the skin or over the bandage, provided the tape is not overlapped more than one-half inch and not more than one layer of thickness is used.
