Haw. Code R. § 16-74-307 - Hand wraps applied
All bandages and taping shall be applied in the dressing room in the presence of an inspector or representative of the commission and shall be subject to the approval of the referee or commission representative. Wrapping shall commence upon notification by the inspector.
