Haw. Code R. § 16-74-363 - Handler-boxer disputes

Anyone who is found guilty by the commission of attempting to take an amateur boxer away from the handler or trainer who started him, shall be suspended for a period as the commission deems just. All disputes or misunderstandings arising between amateur boxers and their handlers shall be brought to the attention of the commission or its agent. Its decision shall be final as far as the commission's interest in the case is concerned.
