Haw. Code R. § 16-74-364 - Training
Any amateur boxing handler or trainer who uses or causes any amateur boxer to be used in an amateur boxing contest without first ascertaining whether the boxer is old enough to engage in amateur boxing or whether he is a registered amateur, shall be suspended by the commission for a period as the commission deems just.
