Haw. Code R. § 16-74-368 - Official instructions
Any licensee of the commission who fails to obey the instruction of the commission representative or agent in charge of any amateur boxing contest or who fails to obey the instructions of the referee during the progress of any contest may be suspended for a time as the commission deems proper.
