Haw. Code R. § 16-74-375 - Glove condition
All gloves shall be furnished by the club conducting the tournament or boxing contests. The soft padding of the gloves between the outside and the inside covering shall not be displaced or broken and shall be evenly distributed over the back of the gloves and cover the knuckles and back of the hands.
