Haw. Code R. § 16-74-377 - Bandages

Only soft cotton bandages or linen bandages shall be used for the protection of the hands. One roll of two-inch cotton gauze or linen bandage not to exceed ten yards in length shall be used for each hand. Adhesive tape one-inch in width may be used to hold the soft bandages in place. The use of one thickness of adhesive tape cannot be lapped over each bandage over more than one-half inch, which is sufficient to clinch same, and shall not be more than two feet in length.
