Haw. Code R. § 16-74-382 - Physicians
One or more physicians approved by the commission shall be in attendance at all times during any amateur boxing tournament or amateur boxing contest, prepared to deal with any emergency which may arise. The physician shall thoroughly examine each contestant both immediately before and after each contest.
