Haw. Code R. § 16-74-427 - Scoring
Each judge shall reach his decision without conferring in any manner with any other official or person. The judges shall make out a score card to the best of their knowledge and ability and in accordance with the provisions of these rules. Points for each round shall be awarded immediately after the termination of the round. At the end of the contest a decision shall be written on the score card. The score card shall be signed by each judge.
