Haw. Code R. § 16-74-442 - Sanctions
Sanctions shall be granted for contests in tournaments of three rounds of not more than three minutes' duration, or for contests not to exceed four rounds of two minutes' duration. In any case the interval between each round shall be one minute. Amateur championships shall be three rounds of three minutes each.
