Haw. Code R. § 16-74-92 - Duties

It shall be the duties of the commission's physicians:

(1) To examine such boxers and referees as the commission may designate;

(2) To attend boxing contest as designated by the commission; and

(3) To file and certify in writing over his signature a report as to the physical and mental condition of boxers or referees examined. The report shall be on forms provided by the commission and all questions thereon must be answered in full.
