Haw. Code R. § 16-75-39 - Deposits to the trust account
A trustee shall accept all payments transferred to it from the licensee, shall immediately deposit the payments into trust, and shall hold, administer, and distribute the money in trust in accordance with chapter 441, HRS, and this chapter.
