Haw. Code R. § 16-75-64 - Penalty

In addition to the penalties otherwise provided by law, any licensee who violates, or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to:

(1) A fine of not more than $1000 for each violation;

(2) Surrender of license;

(3) Revocation of license;

(4) Suspension of the right to use the license;

(5) Refusal of right of licensee to use the license;

(6) Refuse to renew any license; and

(7) Any of the penalties enumerated in chapter 441, HRS.
