Haw. Code R. § 16-76-2 - Objective
This chapter, adopted by the board of chiropractic examiners, hereafter referred to as "board," is intended to clarify chapter 442, Hawaii Revised Statutes, and to implement the administration thereof to the end that chapter 442, HRS, may be best effectuated and the public interest most effectively served.
