Haw. Code R. § 16-77-14 - Posting of information in license application

Whenever an applicant has filed a complete application, the name and address of the applicant, and the names and addresses and official capacity of the applicant's RME(s), officers, members, managers, and partners shall be publicly posted, as part of the board's investigation under section 444-16, HRS, for not less than fourteen days. No license shall be issued until the expiration of the posting period.
