Haw. Code R. § 16-77-56 - Inactive status

(a) An inactive licensee may reactivate the license by submitting an application, application fee, current financial statement, tax clearance, and credit report to the board. An inactive licensee may reactivate the license as an RME by submitting an application, application fee, and a current credit report.

(b) The board shall review the request and supporting documents as if the request was a new application for a license.
