Haw. Code R. § 16-77-76 - Maintenance of bond
(a) All licensees
shall be required to maintain any surety bond imposed by the board for at least
one year before requesting a waiver of the surety bond.
(b) The board may, in its discretion, waive
the surety bond if a licensee demonstrates that it has financial integrity. The
board may require a licensee to submit current credit reports, current
financial statements, a current state tax clearance or proof of payment
arrangement, and other documents to show evidence of financial
integrity.
