Haw. Code R. § 16-77-83 - Advertising through the media

A contracting entity advertising through any media shall be identified as a licensed contractor by listing the name under which the licensee is licensed or the licensee's trade name which has been filed with the board, and the licensee's license number. For the purpose of this section, "media" includes, but is not limited to, newspapers, magazines, radio, television, the Internet, and directories, including all listings in the yellow pages.
