Haw. Code R. § 16-78-48 - Schools
No license for a beauty school shall be issued unless the applicant presents evidence, to the board that the applicant has satisfactory school facilities, equipment, meets all of the requirements of the board, and is qualified to offer a course of study as provided by the board.
