Haw. Code R. § 16-79-114 - Postgraduate studies after three failures

Any applicant who has three failures on the ADEX dental examination shall successfully complete a postgraduate course of one full semester or trimester in operative and prosthetic dentistry at an accredited dental college before the applicant shall be eligible to take the ADEX dental examination again. The course completion shall be evidenced by a certificate filed with the board.
