Haw. Code R. § 16-84-35 - Administrative practice and procedure
The rules of practice and procedure for massage therapists, massage establishments, and out-call massage services shall be as provided in chapter 16-201, the rules of practice and procedure of the department of commerce and consumer affairs which are incorporated by reference and made a part of this chapter.
