Haw. Code R. § 16-85-59 - Scope of practice

(a) The scope of practice of an EMT-Basic shall be restricted to the performance of the basic life support services.
(b) The scope of practice of an EMT-Paramedic shall be restricted to the performance of the basic and advanced life support services.
