Haw. Code R. § 16-86-31 - Severability
If any section of this chapter is declared unconstitutional, or the applicability of the section to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the constitutionality of the remainder of this chapter and applicability of this chapter to other persons and circumstances shall not be affected.
