Haw. Code R. § 16-87-15 - Demand for hearing
Any person whose application for registration or certification, or temporary permit has been denied by the board shall be entitled to a hearing after notice, provided that a demand for hearing is filed with the board not later than sixty days of the date of the mailing of the letter informing the applicant of the denial of the application.
