Haw. Code R. § 16-89-27 - Notice
Notices to renew licenses shall be made available biennially to holders of active licenses to the address of record. Failure to receive the notice shall not be a valid reason for non-renewal. Each licensee shall be responsible for ensuring timely renewal of the licensee's own nursing license.
