Haw. Code R. § 16-89-62 - Voluntary surrender of license
Voluntary surrender of license to practice nursing or placing the nursing license on inactive status shall not deprive the board of jurisdiction to proceed with disciplinary proceedings pursuant to chapter 91, HRS, and chapter 16-201.
