Haw. Code R. § 16-89-79 - Title
(a) A registered nurse who has been
recognized by the board to have satisfactorily met the requirements of chapter
457, HRS, and this subchapter shall be called an advanced practice registered
nurse and authorized to use the abbreviation A.P.R.N.
(b) No person shall practice or offer to
practice as an advanced practice registered nurse, or use the A.P.R.N.
abbreviation, or any other title, words, letters, signs or figures to indicate
that the person is an advanced practice registered nurse unless the person has
met all appropriate requirements of this subchapter.
