Haw. Code R. § 16-89-91 - Encumbered license
Encumbrances based on disciplinary action ordered by the board to be imposed on the license of an advanced practice registered nurse shall also be placed on all nurse licenses and prescriptive authority held. Any encumbrance on one license or prescriptive authority shall automatically and similarly affect the other.
