Haw. Code R. § 16-89-93 - Reinstatement following completion of a board ordered suspension
An advanced practice registered nurse seeking reinstatement of APRN license following a board ordered suspension or limitation shall comply with all conditions of the order of suspension or limitation which may include applying as a new applicant meeting the requirements of section 16-89-83.
